Case study — custom patch for a maker brand
Challenge
The client needed a tactile, durable patch that reproduced a hand-drawn motif at 40mm width. They had a tight deadline and a need to test two fabric types for retail placement.
Approach
We digitized the motif, created two density variants and produced 12 samples on contrasting backings. A short sample review cut iterations to a single exchange and clarified thread selection.
Result
The final patch matched the original drawing’s personality, with a clean edge and consistent color across fabric options. The maker placed an initial one-time order and later expanded to a seasonal capsule with us.

How long is the turnaround?
Standard sample turnaround is 5–10 business days. Rush options are available on selected packages.
Do you ship internationally?

What file types do you accept?
We accept vector formats (AI, SVG) and high-resolution PNG/JPG. We handle digitizing in-house.
